Duties:
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, and direct calls to appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for attorneys
- Assist with document preparation, including drafting and proofreading legal documents
- Manage and organize files and documents using document management systems
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a legal receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred
- Knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and document formats
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software and document management systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
