A well-known and prestigious Personal Injury law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant to join their firm. This is an exciting role for someone looking to grow their legal skills in an established practice.
As an Entry-Level Legal Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced attorneys and paralegals. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing comprehensive administrative and legal support
- Drafting, preparing, and filing legal documents
- Managing and organizing client files and case documents
- Preparing billing statements and invoices
- Answering phone calls, taking messages, and scheduling appointments
- Providing general office support, including photocopying, scanning, and emailing
Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $45,000 to $65,000. Benefits available with this position include medical, dental and vision with premiums 100% covered; participation in the company’s 401(k) plan and 2 weeks of paid vacation, 6 days of paid sick leave and 11 paid holidays per calendar year.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 year of experience in a law firm, Personal Injury experience a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
