Our client, a nationwide settlement agency is seeking Entry Level legal admin/paralegals to assist plaintiffs with claims in a large, class action settlement on a long-term temporary position. Some office experience is preferred. The hourly rate will be $20.00. It is a 6+ month assignment / 40 hr. work week. Temp-to-Perm candidates will be considered.
The work involves helping plaintiffs fill out forms to claim their share of a national settlement (the client will train). Strong Excel skills are preferred. Additional duties include communicating with attorneys regarding administrative matters. Good communication and customer service skills are a must.
This is an onsite project in Pensacola, Florida.
Unfortunately, remote work is not an option on this project.
Candidates with experience assisting individuals with complex procedural and administrative processes such as FEMA aid, Small Business Loans, Insurance Claims, Medical and Healthcare Benefits and analogous programs are particularly encouraged to apply.
Required Skills:
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- General prior litigation/law firm experience helpful but not required.
- Bachelor's degree / Paralegal Certificate helpful.
