Duties
- Provide administrative support to attorneys and legal professionals
- Assist with legal case management, including organizing and maintaining case files
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Draft and proofread legal documents, such as contracts, pleadings, and correspondence
- Assist with document review and discovery processes
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage deadlines
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with excellent phone etiquette
Qualifications
- Estate planning and probate background preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Familiarity with legal research tools and databases
- Knowledge of legal drafting techniques and terminology
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
