E-Commerce Specialist

We are looking for an individual to join our team through the E-Commerce Specialist role. This individual must have experience in the E-Commerce industry and is familiar with using web analytics tools to help market our products across various e-commerce channels.

On a typical day, you will:

• Manage online product inventory & monitor changes in website traffic
• Develop campaigns to increase digital sales
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools
• Help manage each brand's online marketing presence
• Support e-commerce-related projects from initiation to completion, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring timely delivery
• Set standards, systems, and best practices for new product listings, content creation, distribution, and maintenance
• Use Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.) in addition to web analytics to stay organized, monitor changes in product sales, and identify opportunities for improvement

To qualify for this job, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of E-Commerce Management experience required
• At least 1 year of experience using web analytics and optimization tools

We'd also love it if you have:

• Experience managing digital product inventory
• Experience using web analytics and optimization tools

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 70 pounds at times
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
• Must be able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
