Legal Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our team. As a Legal Assistant, you will provide essential support to our legal team, ensuring the smooth operation of our legal processes. Responsibilities:
- File and organize legal documents, correspondence, and case files
- Utilize document management systems to maintain and retrieve important information
- Conduct research and gather relevant materials for cases
- Assist with document review and preparation
- Collaborate with attorneys to draft legal documents
- Prepare and proofread legal correspondence, memos, and reports
- Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and manage deadlines
- Assist in the coordination of meetings, conferences, and depositions
- Provide administrative support such as answering phone calls, managing emails, and handling client inquiries

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Legal Assistant or in a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in document management systems such as Dropbox
- Excellent research skills and attention to detail
- Ability to write clearly and concisely
