ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide white-glove client service experience to Hit Songwriters and their teams
- Manage and update client accounts in GMR’s systems with pertinent and necessary information
- Assist with client acquisitions and renewals
- Analyze market trends and songwriter earnings
- Support Client Services team with client onboarding processes
- Oversee, manage, and review online client portal and quarterly client statements
- Manage internal systems to reflect administration agreements and catalog acquisitions
- Manage and oversee client communication channels
- Collaborate with technology team to implement new tools and features to benefit clients
- Coordinate office events and client showcases/visits
- Support GMR’s CEO with client related projects and day-to-day tasks
- Manage and coordinate CEO’s calendar, travel, and expenses
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS degree in music business, business, or related field
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with music publishing, public performance rights, & Performance Rights Organizations
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organizational and Customer Service oriented
- Great problem-solving skills, discretion, and good judgement
The hourly range for this role is: $28.85 - $33.65 per hour.
Our offices are located in Westwood Village, Los Angeles, CA. Employees work in the office Monday through Thursday and from home on Fridays. We offer a very competitive benefits package, annual bonus, and a creative and dynamic working environment.
