Sheehan, Barnett, Dean, Pennington, Dexter & Tucker, P.S.C. is seeking to hire a new staff member for the following position.
LEGAL ASSISTANT – Successful candidate will have experience with handling communication with clients, providing administrative support to lawyers including drafting documents, maintaining, and organizing files, closing real estate transactions, title insurance, and preparing contracts, deeds, and settlement statements.
Candidates must be motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to adapt to rapidly changing strategies, priorities, and technologies, be able to prioritize multiple projects and tasks while meeting deadlines in a professional work environment, and be able to work autonomously as well as in a team environment.
Valuable skills include proficiency in MS Office products, Soft Pro and TABS billing system.
Salary commensurate with experience. Benefit package available.
