Join a small, vibrant law office as Administrative Assistant to support office administrative duties and legal support! This is a small, professional office specializing in helping businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals with succession planning, real estate, wealth preservation, and strengthening private businesses. Be an integral member of this professional team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience as Legal Administrative Assistant and be enthusiastic about providing administrative support while also contributing to and continuing to learn legal support responsibilities. Duties may include:
• Provide quality, responsive customer service to clients and co-workers.
• Answer phones and greet incoming guests.
• Provide administrative and Legal Administrative support such as file management, calendaring, scheduling, email maintenance, answering phones, making travel arrangements, and processing expense reports.
• Act as a liaison between attorney and client, facilitating communication and transmittal of necessary information.
• Draft and format professional correspondence and documents.
• Review, organize, assemble and scan documents and files
• Process and transmit client documents and materials.
• Process new file openings and prepare engagement letters.
