We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Leasing Agent. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting prospective tenants with finding their ideal rental property. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective tenants throughout the leasing process
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to potential renters
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person visits
- Assist applicants with completing rental applications and necessary paperwork
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of rental listings, vacancies, and tenant information
- Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including inspections and lease signings
- Address tenant concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with property maintenance staff to ensure units are well-maintained and ready for occupancy
Skills:
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close leasing deals
- Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations
- Knowledge of Louisiana rental laws and regulations
- Experience in legal administrative tasks related to leasing agreements is a plus
- Familiarity with property maintenance and facilities management
