Responsibilities:

- Conduct property tours for potential tenants and effectively promote the property

- Handle tenant inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and professionally

- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and submit daily feedback to manager

- Provide rental applications and follow up with potential tenants

Skills:

- Strong communication skills with managment and clients alike

- Strong closing skills

- Client relationships

- Proven track record in property leasing and achieving occupancy goals

- Proficiency in Google Suite

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
