Leasing Agent (Part-Time)

A well-established, Regional Property Management Company (MLP, LLC) is seeking a Part-Time Leasing Consultant for Plantation Crossing, a 216 unit community located in Lafayette, LA. The Leasing Consultant position works in conjunction with the on-site Property Manager to manage and maintain the day to day operations of the development. Some examples of essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Showcase the property and convert prospects to qualified residents
• Answer telephones and internet leads
• Record traffic and maintain accurate records and reporting
• Develop and execute outreach and marketing plans
• Maintain and update marketing information and provide recommendations as appropriate
• Process all paperwork to convert applications to new residents.
• Assist with day to day operations

Qualifications:

• 1 year of previous leasing and or sales experience
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Must possess the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with internal and external customers
• This is a Part-Time Position
• M, W, F 8:30-5:30 & Sat 11-4

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Weekends as needed

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Yardi: 1 year (Preferred)
• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
