Duties:
- Conduct property tours and showcase available units to prospective residents
- Provide excellent customer service to all current and potential residents
- Respond to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Utilize effective upselling techniques to maximize rental revenue
- Assist with lease applications, screenings, and lease signings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of property features, amenities, and availability
- Collaborate with the property management team to ensure resident satisfaction
- Handle resident concerns and conflicts in a professional and timely manner
- Perform data entry tasks related to leasing activities
- Adhere to fair housing laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to negotiate lease terms with prospective residents
