Duration: 6 months + extensions
Location: NYC
The team is looking for a strong PM with experience in the Financial Services industry. MUST be local to the NYC area - will need to be onsite at time of return to client's NYC office - timing TBD.
Core Skills Required:
Systems/Tools Selection and System Implementation
System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) have background in planning, designing, development, testing and monitoring of technology solutions
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) (planning / execution/documentation)
Process Reengineering, Process design and process mapping
Preparation and facilitation of working sessions with the clients / strong communication skills
Strong Business writing skills (deck development, project documentation, status reports etc.)
Agile / Scrum Project Management
o Scrum Master and PO experience preferred
o Jira experience preferred
Internal Audit experience
o General awareness of how internal audit process works
o Has worked in an internal audit environment driven by organization's IA methodology
o Finance Services experience
Specific duties for the role:
- Write/update Jira user stories
- Write/update Jira epics
- Attend product backlog review (PBR) Meetings
- Attend Sprint planning meetings
- Attend Sprint Daily Standup Meetings
- Attend Sprint Review Meetings
- Attend Sprint Retrospective Meetings
- Take Meeting Notes
- Help with Jira Ticket Testing
- Assist VP with managing stakeholders
- Assist Developers, as needed
- Perform any other duties as directed by VP
