Job Description
Your Career
The Learning Operations Specialist will be a critical member of the Global Talent Development Team, responsible for providing expertise and support for various learning and development platforms and initiatives. This role will focus on problem-solving, quality assurance, and the design and implementation of enhancements and solutions within the talent development domain.
Your Impact
- Learning Management System (LMS) Administration
- Administer and optimize the company's LMS, including the creation of learning paths, assessments and enrolments, ensuring its alignment with talent development best practices
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain data accuracy and system performance
- Identify areas for improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the technical capabilities of the LMS
- Content Management and Quality Assurance
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure the quality, accuracy, and effectiveness of e-learning materials
- Develop and enforce content management processes, including version control and validation
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Reporting
- Create and maintain reports in our learning systems
- Consult with stakeholders on business reporting and design and build ad-hoc reports as needed
- Technical Support, Problem-Solving and Continuous Improvement
- Provide expert technical support to learners and instructors, addressing complex technical challenges
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently, applying a problem-solving mindset
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions to technical problems
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and content development teams to align technical operations with business objectives
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence within the team
- Documentation, Training, and Best Practices
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including best practices and standard operating procedures
- Conduct training sessions to empower employees with the knowledge to leverage learning technologies effectively
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend best practices
Qualifications
Your Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience required
- 5+ years of experience in technical operations or learning and development administration and support
- In-depth knowledge of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on technical solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with talent development best practices and industry standards
- Experience in leading technical projects
- Proficiency in SCORM, xAPI, CMi5 e-learning standards
- Experience with data analytics and reporting tools
- Familiarity with 3rd party authoring tools and content providers

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $87,000/yr to $140,700/yr. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
