SUMMARY
The California Institute for Behavioral Health Solutions (CIBHS) is a behavioral health consultancy for systems, organizations, and providers who desire to improve outcomes for people with mental health and substance use challenges. We do this through clinical practice and policy implementation, behavioral health training, evaluation, and customized solutions. CIBHS is a sponsored program of Heluna Health. Employment is provided by Heluna Health.
Heluna Health is seeking a motivated, people-oriented Learning and Development (L&D) Coordinator to provide administrative and technical support for the Learning Management System (LMS), content development, training activities and vendor management. The L&D Coordinator will own frontline customer communication, troubleshoot issues affecting the learner experience and ensure optimization of program workflows. Reporting to the Learning and Development Lead, this position is based in our headquarters in the City of Industry, CA.
The hourly range for this position is $26.44 to $31.25 per hour depending on experience/qualifications.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required:
- Liaise with customers (i.e., CIBHS grantees, stakeholders, participants) and vendors to coordinate training resources and scheduling.
- Manage inbound communications including customer concerns.
- Perform data entry and maintain data integrity within the Learning Management System (LMS) and the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
- Manage instructor-led training scheduling, registrations, evaluations and certificates within the LMS.
- Assist with managing the program by producing training reports and analytics.
- Build relationships with key business partners through strong customer service and collaboration to support company goals and deliver project results.
- Regularly evaluate processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Quality check training materials and edit content and presentations.
- Support new hire orientation administration and facilitation as needed.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, Zoom, teleconferencing services, and setting up webinars.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or an administrative function.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative for problem solving and continuous improvement.
- Operate with integrity and ethics in handling confidential information.
- Community builder with a sense of humor.
Education/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Human Resources or related field.
Other Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
- Learning & Development experience preferred
- Experience with LMS and/or HRIS systems and reporting strongly preferred
- Experience with—or thirst to learn e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline or Rise 360) is a plus.
