Clarivate is seeking to hire a strategic Talent Management Partner to join our global Human Resources team! In this role, you will be responsible for the overall talent framework for Clarivate. In collaboration with the HR Business Partner community world-wide, this role develops and implements our Talent Management processes for engagement, development, succession, and performance management.
About You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments...
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, organizational development or related or equivalent
- 5+ years of HR business partnering or Talent Management experience within a large-scale organization
- 10+ years of overall, general human resources experiences related experience
- Must have experience creating and implementing multi-layer, competency-based employee and leadership development programs in support of succession planning and career paths
- Talent Management Programming experience

- Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional HR projects

What will you be doing in this role?...
- Advise and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver core talent review, performance management and succession planning processes to enable current and future workforce planning strategies.
- Develop, implement and maintain company-wide competency framework.
- Collaborate with organization's leadership and HR business partners to ensure alignment in job architecture, job descriptions and talent strategy objectives.
- Partner with HR Technology team to integrate Talent management processes with technology solutions.
- Create structure and alignment across new and existing talent development programs, working closely with HR business partners and our learning and development organization to drive the talent agenda.
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of programs.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendor to deliver engagement survey data and analysis to drive strategic areas of improvement aligned to company culture and imperatives.

Hours of Work
This is a full-time, hybrid position working within commutable distance to our Overland Park, KS location with flexibility to adjust to various global time zones as needed.
