Description:
Provide assistance and project management support for the PMO & COE team (manager). Help organize projects, manage information flow, and track commitments. Key attributes include strong project management skills, creativity and innovative thinking, and a strong background in SharePoint. Additonally, a willingness to help and support, and ability to cope in a fast-paced, ever changing environment. Key responsibilities include coordinating special projects as outlined below.
What you’ll do:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of initiatives focused on the improvement and advancement of project execution across the PMO & COE team.
Define and maintain project timeframes.
Track progress and provide project management support for key activities, such as:
New Hire Onboarding
Global Sales Compensatopm SharePoint site
Site Mainteance and Organization
Other key project activities (where required)
Create documentation that enables the transition from implementation to post implementation support.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope and schedule.
Maintain a list of deliverables for leads accross the org and keep them accounatble.
Combine various data sources into one and roll-up information effectively.
Skills:
3+ years of experience as a Creative Project Manager project management experience in the industry.
A positive can do attitude and a willingness to help and support.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent follow through and ability to keep projects on track and delivered on time.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
Ability to adapt quickly and be open-minded to learning new skills and adaptable to changes to workflow extremely resourceful.
Ability to work with a Project Management tool (e.g., Workfront)
Equally willing to learn and teach, while contributing to PMO best practices and policies.
Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel and SharePoint required.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
Ability to be flexible to thrive in a very fast-paced and ever changing and international environment.
Ability to interact with all levels of internal and external contacts with diplomacy and professionalism.
Exceptional ability to multi-task, prioritize and work under critical deadlines, and manage work loads.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
