Key Responsibilities:

• Relationship Building: Become the trusted advisor for clients, understanding their needs in this unique island setting.

• Client Success: Proactively ensure client satisfaction to maximize retention in a close-knit community.

Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 3 years of proven success in commercial landscape account management.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of commercial landscaping services and familiarity with island environments.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Independent yet team-oriented.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or similar fields preferred.
