What you’ll do:
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Manager, Clinical Talent Acquisition to lead our efforts in identifying, acquiring, and strategically aligning top Clinical Talent within the Allied Health professions across our organization. This role requires a visionary approach to Talent Acquisition, leveraging industry insights and cultivating relationships with educational institutions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner, influencing the trajectory of our workforce through targeted recruitment campaigns and innovative practices.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy for designated clinical with organizational goals and workforce planning, including but not limited to campus recruiting, direct sourcing, etc.
- Utilize data analytics and market research to identify emerging trends in clinical education and proactively position the organization as an employer of choice.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with key influencers in clinical education, fostering partnerships that contribute to our talent pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand evolving business needs, ensuring recruitment efforts align with strategic objectives.
- Implement cutting-edge recruitment techniques, including virtual engagement platforms and immersive experiences, to attract and engage high-potential candidates.
- Leverage technology to streamline candidate evaluation processes, ensuring an efficient and insightful selection process.
- Attend industry conferences, on-campus recruiting events such as Career Fairs, socials, presentations, on campus interviews, etc.
- Develop and execute branding strategies that position our organization as a leader in Clinical Talent development and retention. Partner with Internal Communications and Marketing to ensure strategies are aligned with broader organizational messaging.
- Analyze recruitment data to make informed, data-driven decisions and continually optimize processes for efficiency and impact.
- Assists with planning and execution of events for internships and externships.
- Develop educational and mentoring programs designed to retain top talent in partnership with clinical and operational leadership.
Who you are:
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree preferred.
- Proven experience in strategic clinical recruitment or healthcare Talent Acquisition, specifically in Allied Health strongly preferred.
- Experience establishing recruiting programs and relationships with universities.
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of Clinical education programs, healthcare industry dynamics, and workforce trends.
- Demonstrated planning and program management skills.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, influencing, and negotiation skills with the ability to partner with diverse stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage technology and analytics in the recruitment process.
- Willingness to travel (up to 30% during peak periods) and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
