About the Role
The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for running a comprehensive maintenance program for one facility, including a preventative maintenance program. This role involves managing preventative maintenance schedules, managing critical spare parts, creating work orders, and leading a team of maintenance technicians. The focus will be on equipment improvements, process enhancements, and leveling up the capabilities of a robust maintenance team.

In the first six months, you’ll:
- Step in to lead and manage a well-functioning, tight-knit team of maintenance technicians.
