Primary Talent Partners is seeking a Project Manager for a large energy client of ours in the Charlotte, NC area. This role will be a 3-year, full-time contract role with a high potential for extension and/or conversion.
*Must retain ability to walk in rough & uneven terrain during site visits*
Pay: $57.00 - $59.00 / hour
*Engineering experience may be considered in lieu of PM experience*
The candidate will manage various Transmission projects through their lifecycle (engineering, procurement and construction). Will have responsibility for maintaining scope, schedule and cost of projects assigned. Candidate will lead project teams but will not have any direct supervisory responsibility.
This position is typically retained to manage multiple “White” or “Green I” projects per the Project Management Center of Excellence Project Profile Matrix.
Required Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of project management experience. Graduation from a two-year college or university.

- Experience in the utility industry.
- Knowledge in construction management.
- The Project Manager may have relationships with individuals in various organizations ranging from individual contributors to Senior Department Leadership (i.e. individual contributors up to executive management).
