Position Summary
Spearhead product technical knowledge transfer between engineering, I&I, and customer technician teams. Maintain project scope, direction, and open communications between various teams and the Integration Coordinators. Assume rollout and preparatory needs for installation timeframe prior to deployments to the customer. Work directly with Integration Coordinators to prioritize and execute all major and minor changes to the installation plan.

Assume rollout and preparatory needs for installation timeframe prior to deployments to the customer. Work directly with Integration Coordinators to prioritize and execute all major and minor changes to the installation plan.
Essential Responsibilities
- Understand and follow the EKU strategy and mission.
- Assume responsibility for installation prep.
- Work directly with the I&I Coordinators, Procurement, and Engineering to pre-plan and forecast the build for each team.
- Participate heavily in development and transfer of projects from integration to installation.
- Inspect circuit breakers, boards, and other electrical components.
- Control and maintain the installation pace and demand.
- Remain flexible in customer alignment and demands.
- Assume and take responsibility for growing customer support, be knowledgeable with internal customer support processes.
- Work directly with the customer service team on current support needs and customer networking.
- Encourage bridging the language barrier within the technicians, help with direct translations of technical matters.
- Practice and lead on safety practices and policies.
- Perform routine maintenance and other tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Two (2) years of experience with installations, preferred.
- Will be required to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA/Confluence, Mattermost/Jitsi, Odoo, CANoe/CANape, and Microsoft Office highly preferred but not required.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment such as Cummins Insite and/or CAT ET.
- Experience with heavy equipment as a diesel mechanic or with diesel engine knowledge.
- Ability to isolate and repair defects in wiring.
