BECOMING OUR LEAD HVAC INSTALLATION TECHNICIAN

As a Lead HVAC Installation Technician, your schedule spans full-time Monday through Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM, occasionally embracing weekends. Picture leading your team in seamless installations – from complete system changeouts to air handler/furnace, coil, and condenser changeouts. Your impactful leadership ensures the delivery of stellar service on every installation project, setting the standard for excellence.
Here's what we need from you:
- 5+ years of experience installing heating and air conditioning systems
- EPA certified
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
