Lead ERP Developer
We are looking for a Lead ERP Developer to join our growing Technology team and build out the next generation of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and FSM (Field Service Management) platforms. The ideal candidate can design, and build solutions, and test the solution that meets the business requirements. The ideal candidate will proactively monitor systems to ensure stability, design & deployment of user security, and develop complex solutions. This person should embody a passion for continuous improvement and automation.
Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of ERP developers with wide ranging experience.
• Collaborate with Business Leads to discover and document system requirements
• Produce business process and workflow documents
• Produce architecture and design documents
• Build, Configure, and test solutions that meet the defined system requirements following an agile/scrum approach
• Perform technical POCs and feasibility analysis of tools and technical solutions
• Takes full stack ownership of production-ready code
• Implement best standards and practices across development team
• Reviews tasks critically and ensures they are appropriately prioritized and sized for incremental delivery
• Conducts code reviews to provide guidance on engineering best practices with development procedures
• Work on future business systems process based on acquisitions
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience creating and delivering technical presentations to a variety of audiences.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or equivalent experience
• 5 to 7 years of experience, including supporting ERP/FSM platforms
• Strong database experience in SQL and/or NoSQL

• Expert in writing SQL queries, views, stored procedures, database design and data modeling
• Familiarity with IT infrastructure and database administration
• Ability to produce detail system and business process documentation
• Extensive experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, coding, code review, testing, deployment, maintenance).
• Deep understanding of ERP modules including A/R, A/P, G/L, Purchasing, Pricing, Inventory Management, CRM, Reporting.
• Experience with API
• Experience with XML messaging solutions
• Strong experience in Java, JavaScript, C# or any other programming language
• Understand how technology, processes, people, and data fit together in delivering business outcomes
• An exceptional level of integrity, creativity, energy, and passion.
• Excellent communication skills, an effective team player, and a leader
• Ability to manage multiple competing tasks at the same time
• Experience with Scrum/Agile development methodologies
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with IFS Applications
• Experience with tools like Jira and Zephyr
• Experience working with EDI document generation, processing, and transmission
• Experience in Java, JavaScript, C#, Oracle, Cloud Technologies, CI/CD, Integration platforms such as Boomi
• Experience coding with React and Express
