Role: Java with Kafka Developer/ Lead
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Contract

Strong working experience in application development using
JDK 1.7 / 1.8
J2EE ( JAX-RS , JMS , JAXB , JPA )
Hibernate
Rest API
Git
Kafka
jQuery & Angular
Working knowledge of software tools
Eclipse, Java, J2EE
Guide / suggest other team members on best approaches.
Participate in code reviews and design sessions.
Act as Java API development expert for the team.
Hands on experience in Oracle 10g and above
Should have strong understanding of design, coding, testing, and bug fixes.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Nice to have skills
Working knowledge on any cloud platform e.g. Open Shift Cloud platform, Kubernetes, Azure etc.
Understanding of Test driven development e.g. Selenium, Junit etc.
Good knowledge of Web development.
Good Problem solving skills.
