As a Team Lead at Creed Interactive, you will hold a vital role in steering a development team towards successfully executing and delivering high-quality digital projects. In this multifaceted position, you will combine your deep technical expertise with strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of talented developers. Your responsibilities will range from hands-on coding and development to strategic planning and client interactions, making you a key player in both the technical and operational aspects of our projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
As the Team Lead at Creed Interactive, you will be expected to perform the following duties and responsibilities:
Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers alongside the Digital Workplace Team Director.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to track progress and address challenges.
Project Leadership
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope and deliverables.
- Ability to plan and estimate project solutions to meet client needs and budget expectations.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
- Experience working within an Agile environment and optimizing teams to perform well in this setting.
- Manage and prioritize project technical tasks and meet deadlines alongside project managers.
Client Interaction
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical expertise.
- Present and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ensure client satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Technical Skills
- Design/Architect, develop, and implement high-quality software solutions.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends to incorporate into projects.
- Ensure code quality and maintainability by conducting code reviews and adhering to best practices.
- Technology experience:
- Angular or React
- Node, .Net, Java, or PHP
- HTML / JavaScript / CSS
- Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, Mongo, or related database experience
- Unit testing
- Linux or Windows
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Demonstrated ability to work across functions to prioritize and drive strategic objectives
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a strong sense of accountability
- Ability to identify, analyze, and solve problems with minimal direction and make decisions with confidence
- Aptitude to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks while adhering to deadlines
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years experience of software development
- Experience working in digital services-based projects, SaaS solutions, or technology with a strong emphasis on quality
- Experience working on web-based projects in an agency environment
- DevOps experience within a cloud environment utilizing CI/CD
- Preferred: 1+ years experience as a Team Lead
- Preferred: Prior leadership and team management experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Travel Requirements: Minimal, but as required by the position
- Weight Lifting Requirements: up to 20 lbs.
