JOB SUMMARY:

The purpose of the Lead Full Stack Developer position is to lead the team of Full Stack Developers in the project work they are involved in with Summit Companies. This position will be responsible for leading in the design, assisting with requirements gathering, providing proof of concept work and communicating with business subject experts and leadership to drive project work forward.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

  • Design, develop and launch applications, pipelines and other internal tools.
  • Azure Cloud experience with Azure DB, Azure SQL Server, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Data Factories, Power BI.
  • Build and ship high-quality code at a rapid pace.
  • Lead design sessions and code reviews.
  • Mentor junior developers.
  • Front-end application development using popular front-end frameworks.
  • Back-end application development using C#/.Net.
  • Managing ADO CI/CD Pipelines.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

The qualifications listed below are representative of the elements required to perform the job successfully, however in some cases, an equivalent combination of Education, Training, Certifications and Experience may meet the job qualifications.

Education, Training, Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, required, or equivalent work experience.

Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements:

  • 10 years experience leading development projects of all sizes.
  • Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out software projects across various technologies, preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize, preferred.

Communication Skills:

  • Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers.
  • Communication and collaboration skills with sharp attention to details
  • Object-Oriented Programming principles & design patterns
  • Produce technical documentation to support the SDLC

Systems and Software Skills:

  • Proficiency in Azure DB and SQL Server, Azure Data Factory pipelines, Azure Logic Apps, Power BI, Oracle (experience preferred but willing to learn it), Developing and consuming microservices, RESTful API development using Web API and Swagger, Unit Testing, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, strongly preferred.

Other Qualifications:

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.
  • Must be able to comply with SFPH’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement
  • Occasional travel required, up to 30%.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit for long periods. Employee will occasionally be required to bend, kneel, balance, lift <20lb, walk, stand, ascend/descend stairs, drive, twist, and reach above and below shoulders.

Work Environment:

Employee will consistently be required to work indoors in an office setting, work alone and with others. Office settings are mild to moderate temperatures.
