Law Clerk (1L, 2L, 3L, Post Bar)

Growing Immigration law firm focusing on Removal defense and family based immigration is seeking a Law Clerk. The firm is based in downtown Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is a 1L, 2L, or 3L who is interested in Immigration, and has excellent writing skills, be very organized, and can handle multiple tasks at the same time. Spanish speakers are preferred.

Duties:

Drafting briefs, motions, and cover letters,

Reviewing legal assistant work,

Preparing applications and drafting client declarations.
