Job Description
Hireko Golf, a leader in golf and sporting goods distribution, is seeking a Data Entry/ Customer Service clerk. Candidate must be able to work in-person at our Roseville, CA distribution center.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Managing incoming orders and sending orders to the warehouse for picking
- Entering data for outgoing shipments into various customer portals
- Billing customer orders
- Taking customer orders / general customer support via ERP system
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email and chat as needed
The candidate should possess the following skills:
- Ability to work independently and self-sufficiently
- Ability to handle busy workloads
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong PC and computer skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
