Landscape Construction Foreman

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Foreman to join our team. As a Landscape Construction Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating Landscape Construction projects, ensuring high-quality work and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and lead a team of Landscape Construction crews in performing various tasks related to Landscape Construction projects, including but not limited to:

· Supervise construction crews on one or more projects.

· Time will be spent on site and will include physical work.

· Ensure that all work is completed according to project specifications and meets quality standards.

· Schedule and assign tasks to crew members, ensuring efficient use of time and resources.

· Collaborate with project managers to develop construction schedules and plans.

· Ensure all equipment, material and manpower are available for project.

· Monitor inventory of tools, equipment, and supplies; coordinate with management for timely procurement or repair

· Propose solutions to keep the project on track.

Requirements:

· 4 years plus of Landscape Construction experience

· Ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and management.

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

· Proficient in operating Landscape Construction equipment.

· Reliable Transportation

· Performing physical activities that require use of your arms, legs, and whole body. Be able to perform labor-intensive work on a regular basis.

· Ability to work outdoors in different weather conditions.

· Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $39.57 - $45.00 per hour
