Electrical Foreman - Construction:
Job Title: Electrical Foreman
Location / Work Environment: Southern CA - Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego, & Ventura counties. Traveling position - 98% on construction job sites.

We mainly perform work in Southern CA, but we will perform work all throughout CA and other states when it makes sense.
About The Opportunity: The position of Foreman has been established to enhance the profitability of the business by ensuring that the workforce, equipment, and materials are used properly at a jobsite to maximize productivity and maintain schedules.
What You'll Do:
- Establish production goals and audit progress ensuring work is completed within schedule and budget expectations.
- Manage the planning and execution of projects and contracts by organizing work methods and developing schedules.
- Manage and oversee the delivery and use of equipment and materials according to customer specifications and contract requirements.
- Manage training and development of workforce through Baker Electric training and development programs.
- Ensure work is performed in compliance with safe work methods and procedures.
- Oversee workforce at all assigned jobs/projects.
- Manage quality control functions.
Successful Candidates Will Have:
- California Electrical Certification
- Successful completion of Apprenticeship program with local IBEW
- Strong communication, organizational, and people skills are required.
- Able to recognize and develop the workforce with a strong focus on safety and completing projects within scheduled timeframe.
- Prefer a minimum of 5 years experience in commercial field electrical management, but not required.
- CAL-OSHA 30 Certification
- First Aid / Adult CPR certification.
- Valid California Driver's License
- Availability for overnight travel.
Pay Transparency: The hourly rate for this position is based on the local I.B.E.W. union rates. Other benefits may apply. For those not already part of the I.B.E.W union we will facilitate joining.

The starting salary for this opportunity range is listed. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards.
