SalaryCommercial Sub contractor is looking for experienced Metal stud Foreman to join our team. Must have experience in all aspects of commercial Metal Stud and drywall construction. Ability to effectively communicate with LB production team and Client team required.
- Establishing yourself as the first point of contact for General Contractor Field Superintendent.
- Influence the flow of construction and monitor crew production with respect to the labor expectation.
- Understands how to manage a crew to hit target hours and deadlines
- Prioritizing skills
- Pre inspects the work
- Coach crew development for a superior workforce
- Achieve best framing and finishing practices in accordance with LB Construction Expectations
- Maintain safe construction practices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
