Labor Compliance Manager for Federal projects in LA and IE & LAX

Office is in Ontario and because of documents this must be a in office position. no remote

Significant Duties:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
• Develop and implement compliance programs and initiatives
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
• Investigate and resolve compliance issues and complaints
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters
• Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization
• Prepare reports and documentation for regulatory agencies

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of schematics and blueprint reading
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail to identify potential compliance issues
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication skills to effectively convey compliance requirements to employees
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
