Job Overview

As a Compliance Analyst for Time & Labor Law Compliance within QuickBooks, your primary role will be to oversee and maintain compliance with all Time and Labor Laws and regulations. You will be responsible for ensuring that QuickBooks enables employees to be paid accurately for the hours they work, that overtime policies are properly followed, and that all records related to Time and attendance are kept up-to-date and accurate. Additionally, you will work closely with HR and Payroll product teams to identify areas for improvement and provide guidance on how to maintain compliance with both federal and state laws related to Time and Labor Law.

Request

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field or equivalent relevant experience
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in compliance, preferably with a focus on time and labor law
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state laws related to time and attendance, including FLSA regulations and state-specific requirements
  • Experience with QuickBooks or other payroll-related software
  • Experience translating federal and state compliance laws into software requirements
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
