Our client is a renowned polished casual dining Restaurant Group that focuses on Tex Mex Cusine. We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Manager to support the Executive Chef in upholding the integrity of our established menu, championing consistency, and driving innovative award-winning menus that highlight the rich flavors and traditions of Tex-Mex culture, brought to life with a modern twist.
As our Kitchen Manager, your primary role will be to maintain our dishes' consistency and high standards, develop innovative culinary systems, and drive operational excellence.
Key Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train kitchen staff.
- Ensure food quality and safety.
- Manage inventory and costs.
- Prepare and cook meals.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
