JOB SUMMARY Responsible for cutting products to specifications with proper yields and high quality. Must be capable of cutting all species of fish, fresh and saltwater. Requires knowledge of raw materials and inventory experience. Works on the Salmon Fillet production line, accountable for yields in the decap process.
