Kitchen Manager - Little Rad

The Little RadKitchen Manager will be responsible for the managing the BOH at Little Rad Market and will report into the General Manager.

The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for:

• Creating all of the food in Little Rad based on recipes developed by the founder
• Managing the BOH (prep cooks and dishwashers ) to ensure all prep is done, proteins are cooked, and customers receive high quality food during each shift
• Will be responsible for maintaining clean, food-safe dish and prep stations throughout shift
• Ensure all orders are cross checked and put away before daily service begins
• Work closely with GM on staffing and hiring in BOH and ensuring the BOH is always fully staffed
• Responsible for training all new BOH hires and teaching them all Little Rad process and procedures
• Responsible for organizing daily BOH deep cleaning and walk in organization

The Kitchen Manager Requirements:

• Must have proven ability to lead, motivate, and build an efficient team in a fast-paced environment
• Be a team player - low ego is a Radish core value
• Have at least 3 years of kitchen experience, with at least 1 year of management experience
• Willingness to follow process and procedures correctly and timely
• Must have attention to detail
• Must be able to work 40 hrs per week (8am - 4pm) and work on weekends
• Willing to collaborate with GM on projects as needed

Little Rad Market is an all day market and cafe serving high quality to go food and coffee. It will be a scratch kitchen creating a selection of rotating and permanent dishes. Located in Belle Meade this new market concept will focus on premium ingredients and fresh food to serve the neighborhood. Little Rad is the sister restaurant to Radish Kitchen, the fast causal restaurant in Nashville and Franklin serving salads, grain bowls, and wraps.
