JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for conducting final quality checks before boxing the products and ensuring proper labeling according to work orders.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure proper icing of all fish orders.
- Assist in the salmon line run.
- Responsible for proper boxing, weight recording, and labeling of seafood based on work orders.
- Accurate completion of work orders for Customer service.
- May assist in salmon prep, filleting, and line production of other species.
