Main Responsibility of a Manager:
We are a scratch kitchen and prepare our ingredients fresh daily! Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen and restaurant. Their duties include overseeing all culinary functions in our scratch kitchen, recipe integrity, ensuring food safety and quality assurance of ingredients, equipment maintenance, hiring and training restaurant staff following company policies, speaking with guests to ensure that they have the best experience possible and addressing guest concerns as they come up. Create a fun environment for our Team Members and our Guests.

- Ensuring incoming staff complies with company policy
- Daily coaching, training staff to follow restaurant procedures
- Maintaining safety and food quality standards
- Keeping customers happy and handling complaints
- Organizing and maintaining schedules
- Ordering product and supplies while staying within budget limitations
- Supervising daily shift operations
- Coordinating daily front- and back-of-house restaurant operations
- Controlling operational costs, good P&L understanding
- Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels
- Interview/Recruit top talent
Salary Range: $50,000-$60,000
