4. Collaborate with our design team to create customized remodeling plans tailored to each client's specifications.
5. Prepare accurate cost estimates and proposals for remodeling projects, ensuring transparency and clarity in pricing and project scope.
6. Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients, addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
7. Coordinate with project managers and subcontractors to ensure seamless execution of remodeling projects, adhering to timelines and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients effectively.
3. Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-centric approach to sales.
4. Knowledge of Kitchen and Bathroom Remodeling processes, materials, and products is preferred.
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
6. Proficiency in using sales CRM software and other relevant tools for lead management and tracking.
