SalaryWe are looking for a Kids Club Manager who's reliable, caring, and trustworthy to join our EōS Fitness Childcare team. This is the perfect position for someone with great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with children, parents, and staff and have prior Kids Club management experience, or similar. Applicants must have a love for taking care of the needs and providing a safe environment to children ranging in age from two months to twelve years of age.
Department: Childcare
Essential Purpose: Lead, coach, and train the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun, and active environment for children.
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Customer service
2. Club cleanliness
3. Building and equipment maintenance and safety
Accountabilities:
1. Greeting/Farewell to all that walk in/out of the front door
2. Childcare training, coaching, success, and problem resolution of front desk staff
3. Scheduling of Childcare
4. Check-Ins, including guest and employee
5. Safety and reporting of daily incidents/injuries
6. Maintain with compliance and knowledge of state/county/city requirements
Other Requirements:
- Must successfully pass a background check
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $16.35 per hour
