We are looking for an Assistant Kids Club Manager who's reliable, caring and trustworthy to join our EōS Fitness Childcare team. This is the perfect position for someone who si readyt o grow, loves children and with great attention to detail, the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate with children, parents and staff and have prior Kids Club experience, or similar. Applicants must have a love for taking care of the needs and providing a safe environment to children ranging in age from two months to twelve years of age.
Department: Operations
Essential Purpose: Assist the Kid's Club Manager in leading, coaching and training the Kids Club team to provide a safe, fun and active environment for children.
Core Purpose: To create loyal, lifelong fans and exercise practitioners.
Other Responsibilities:
1. Customer service
2. Club cleanliness
3. Building and equipment maintenance and safety
Accountabilities:
1. Greeting/Farewell all that walk in/out of the front door
2. Childcare training, coaching, success and problem resolution of front desk staff
3. Scheduling of Childcare
4. Check-Ins, including guest and employee
5. Safety and reporting of daily incidents/injuries
6. Maintain with compliance and knowledge of state/county/city requirements
Other Requirements:
- Must successfully pass a background check
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire
