Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
- Supervise and train restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
- Create employee schedules and manage labor costs to optimize efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations.
- Experience in bartending, banquet service, or coffee service is a plus.
- Familiarity with restaurant financials, such as budgeting and cost control.
- Proficient in using restaurant management software or POS systems.
