Responsibilities:
-Oversee operations of the Men’s Locker Room
-Assist in annual budgeting and operate within budget, and work with Director of Golf on capital budget requirements
-Personal services including shoe cleaning, replacing laces and spikes
-Inspect locker area to ensure proper appearance, maintenance, and cleanliness
-Maintain proper inventory of supplies, and work with Facilities department for reordering supplies
-Train, supervise, and schedule Locker Room staff
-Maintain current lists of occupied and vacant lockers for both Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms
-Issue lockers and keys as requested by members
-Oversee cleaning of restrooms, showers, and hot tub, carpets, and all facilities in Locker Room
-Ensure safety and security of all Member and guest personal property
-Enforce established rules and regulations of the Club
-Assist food and beverage service at times as necessary
Skills:
- Great customer service skills
- Experience in facilities maintenance and custodial duties
- Ability to effectively manage a team of Locker Room staff
- Strong attention to detail to ensure high cleanliness standards are met
- Excellent organizational skills to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks efficiently

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
