This is not your typical desk job. We are looking for an active manager who will help our Client Advisors respond to leads, talk to customers, and maximize finance income. Training and coaching our Client Advisors will be a crucial part of your role. Monthly compensation for Hello Auto Group Sales Managers ranges from $7,000.00 to $9,000
Your Responsibilities:
- Be a leader & provide focus for your Sales team.
- Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process.
- Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing deals.
- Utilize CRM and manage leads daily.
- Help manage the productivity of the sales department.
- Facilitate regular sales training for continued team growth.
Your Qualifications:
- Dealership management experience.
- Must be interested in training additional sales associates and working within a team environment.
- Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the sales workday.
- The ideal candidate will have background in:
- Finance
- Lead handling / BDC management
- CDK
- Clean driving record.
- Able to work flexible hours including Saturdays.
