Job Description:
- Prepare general ledger accounting which includes month-end close, inventory accounting, accruals and reserves, journal entries and reconciliations.
- Prepare inventory accounting such as standard costs audits and analysis, inventory rollforward, inventory reporting and analysis, financial production order closing, and inventory movement audits.
- Assist with inventory forecasting and budget to actual analysis.
- Oversee consolidation accounting and prepare internal financial reporting for the Company's consolidated entities.
- Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close.
- Ensure accounting records are recorded in accordance with US GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation/review of financial reports, annual budgets and forecasts, and monthly fluctuation analysis.
- Assist with developing, implementing, and monitoring operating procedures to ensure company policies affecting financial matters are observed and assets safeguarded.
- Analyze, recommend, and execute process changes for continual improvement.
- Assist with external audits, tax filings and other tax matters.

- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical, math and organizational skills
- Strong focus on accuracy, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, including consolidation
- Experienced in consumer goods or manufacturing organization
- Understanding of US GAAP
