Job Description
Role:
Will grow into the role of a Junior Level Control Account Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math)
- 2+ years work experience in engineering, or in operations such as scheduling
- Proficient with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Project, and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate with multiple levels of the organization
- Excellent presentation skills
- Gather information from different teams for cost control, forecasting, and proposals.
- Update Earned Value Management (EVM) tools
- Review Earned Value (EV) data and update cost account status
- Track budget actuals against predictions and financial performance against EV baseline
- Participate in CAM status calls
- Enter data into Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Review Actual Hours reports for time charging accuracy and alignment with IMS status.
- Coordinate Change Requests with the Business Management and Scheduling team
- Perform schedule risk assessments
- Project monitoring
- Requirements traceability
- SOW shredding
- Tracking and closing action items
- Create and make presentations to customers, management and other stakeholders
- Manage multiple projects with Tool Design Engineering team and offsite fabricators.
