This is a great opportunity for someone who can work independently and as part of a global team, focusing on a wide range of HR related topics. Primary responsibilities of the successful candidate include:
- Provide support to the Global Business Partner team in core areas including: performance management, headcount planning and attrition management, human capital analytics, retention and succession planning, training and talent development, employee relations, onboarding/offboarding processes, promotion processes and events, exit policies, intern and new hire training,
- Examples of such support might include:
- Collaborating closely with HR colleagues to develop policies, programs and solutions that further enhance our culture and employer-of-choice offerings;
- Synthesizing and analyzing data trends and metrics to support business decisions;
- Preparing and maintaining presentations and best practices for the Business Partner team (for example: talent planning presentations, firmwide survey summaries, materials presented to firmwide leaders, etc);
- Supporting the HR Business Partners in developing and delivering HR strategies that support business priorities; and
- Identifying training and development needs for employees and developing professional curricula and monitoring training programs to ensure training objectives are
- Develop expertise and support team in adhering to and enhancing PJT's internal policies and
- Act as a liaison between other functions within HR team (Data & Analytics, Operations, Benefits and Recruiting) on various projects and deliverables as well liaising with the broader corporate

- Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent;
- At least 1-3 years of prior, relevant experience in an HR capacity;
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure;
- Workday fluency;
- Aptitude in Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Excel, Power Point;

Expected annualized base salary of $65,000 to $75,000.
This range represents the low and high ends of the expected annualized base salary for this position. The specific base salary received by any employee will be informed by a number of factors, including but not limited to, role level and scope, location, candidate's relevant qualifications, skills and experience.
Base salary is one component of PJT Partners' compensation structure. In addition to base salary, PJT Partners' compensation structure may include additional rewards, incentives, and benefits, including but not limited to, a discretionary bonus component.
