Form of workResponsibilities Jefferson's in-house temp service, JeffTemps, is searching for a Benefits Analyst to support the department of Human Resources during our Work Day implementation. Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. | Location: Hybrid; 1101 Market Street Philadelphia PA 19107 Job Duties Responsible for oversight of administrative and customer service functions of employee health benefits providing daily support to the function as well as suggesting process improvements for enhanced benefits administration and benefit services to employees in compliance with ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, Section 125, and ACA.
Function as a Subject Matter Expert for Jefferson's Medical, Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Flexible Spending Accounts plans, and administration of COBRA, and ACA Qualifications Position Requirements Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint Must be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field 5+ years of health benefits adminstration experience Completetion of CEBS ( Certified Employee Benefits Speciliast ) courses, preferred Closing Statement Jefferson includes Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, a dynamic university and health system with broad reach across the Delaware Valley.
